I had a great nights sleep every night on the fluffy pillows, listening to the sounds of the waves below. And it is so wonderful  to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffer (or bloody mary)  on the balcony.  Rooms  run different prices  at different  times of the year. I was there in January, high season and it was about  $180 a night.
